an individual who:
- has received formal training.
- has met the CFP Board's education, examination and experience
requirements
- is committed to high standards of ethical conduct
- and who completes the CFP Board's biennial licensing requirement
to use the CFP™
All CFP™ licensees have voluntarily submitted to the regulatory
authority of the CFP
Board CFP™ Practitioners have identified themselves to
the CFP Board as being actively engaged in providing financial planning
services.
