Steve has been designated as an "Accredited Farm Manager" of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers. In addition to the AFM designation, Steve holds a Bachelor of Science, Agricultural Engineering and Master of Agriculture degree from Iowa State University. He is a licensed real estate broker - associate and approved as an Iowa Certified General Real Property Appraiser. Steve has received conservation awards in the farm management division from the county NRCS and has also received the Rotary club International "Friends of Agriculture" award. Steve and his family, farm 600 acers in Clinton County.

He maintains regular office hours on Wednesday mornings and is also available by appointment by phoning (563) 652-2491 Ext 210.

Cathy Easterly, Administrative Assistant

Cathy has been an integral part of the day-to-day operation of Midwest Management Services for 13 years. Cathy sees to the needs of each client as she pays bills and prepares the monthly management reports. Cathy is also available to coordinate appointments and messages for Steve. Cathy's agricultural background began as she grew up on a beef farm in Jackson County and continued as she became involved in 4-H and her two sons' many FFA Achievements.
