David L. Updegraff - SPHR is the Chief Human Resource Officer for Ohnward Bancshares, Inc. and creator of The Genesis process©. He attended Northwest Missouri State University and obtained a BS degree in Psychology. During and after college Mr. Updegraff was involved in law enforcement for 10 years. Later he spent several years working with insurance companies and employee benefits programs.

For the last 20 years he has been involved in the human resources field, specializing in organizational improvement, team building, and conflict prevention. He earned his "Senior Professional Human Resource" certification in 2004.
