Recipients of the Iowanna Juniors Scholarship fund shall be required to be residents of Clinton County, Iowa at the time of their selection to receive such benefits. Further consideration will be made as to:

• Graduating Senior in Clinton County
• Must have been a Clinton County 4-H Member a minimum of 4 years
• The Character of the individual
• The scholastic record of the individual.

The application must be completed, signed and submitted no later than May 1, 2007, of each calendar year. Application are to be mailed or delivered to Tammy Laursen at First Central State Bank
